In the previous article, we have instructions for you on how to create a tag. Tags are used to sort and segment your customers by interest, status, activities, etc. 

Today, we will show you how to add tags to the conversation. Let’s get started!

How to add tag to the conversation

  1. In the App dashboard, click “Conversation”. Choose your messages. On the top of the message, you can see the “Tags” box.

  1. Click “Tags” and select tags options you want to add to the customer. Please notice that the tags must be created before.
