Which file and extension are possible to be uploaded to NestDesk?

You can upload any kind of file to NestDesk, you can upload images, videos, words, etc. However, the size of your files must be smaller than 5MB. 

How to send files in NestDesk

First off, make sure you’ve already logged in NestDesk. If you don’t have NestDesk account, please create a new one here.

To send files and extension on NestDesk, you need to follow these steps:

1. In the left sidebar, go to Conversation section 
2. At the bottom of chat box, select paperclip icon to upload file from your computer

3. The file will be shown up on the conversation as below
