How to delete conversation in NestDesk

First off, make sure you’ve already logged in NestDesk. If you don’t have NestDesk account, please create a new one here.

1. In the left sidebar, go to Conversation section 
2. Select the conversation you want to delete

1. Click on Garbage bin icon
2. A pop up will show up to confirm if you’re sure to delete conversation or not. 

Once you remove the conversation, it will no longer display in your conversation list. Keep in mind that you can not undo so be careful!

How to delete conversation in NestDesk on smartphone?

1. Go to Chat > Choose your conversation
2. Click delete on th right corner
