No need to open Shopify admin, you can initiate a refund for the customers you’re chatting with right inside NestDesk. Let’s get started now!

How to initiate a refund

Step 1: Go to Conversion > select your customer conversation

Step 2: Click Refund and you will see a refund order tab appear

Step 3: Complete all the information before clicking on Apply
