Product tag is the new feature that helps you send direct product links to your customers right in the chat box.

How to use Product Tag in conversation
First off, make sure you’ve already logged in NestDesk. If you don’t have NestDesk account, please create a new one here.
- In the left sidebar, go to Conversation section
- Select the conversion you want to send, on the right side of your chat box, click on Tag Products
- Select products you want to send > Click on Send icon
You can also choose the store and search for the product name to find it out faster
How to use Product Tag in conversation for smartphone users?
1. Go to Chat > Select the conversion you want to send, on the right side of your chat box > click on Tag Products
2. Select a store > choose products you want to send > Click send
