On need to open Shopify admin, you can edit orders for customers you’re chatting with right inside NestDesk. Let’s get started now!
How to edit an order?
Step 1: Go to Conversation > select your customer conversation
Step 2: Click on Edit button and the Edit Orders tab will show up
Step 3: After completing all the information, clicking on Apply > The updated order’s status will be shown on the conversation:
