The AI Improvement feature allows users to refine the AI Chatbot’s responses when needed. 

If you notice any AI answers that need changes during usage, you can easily fix them directly within this feature. 

AI Improvement lets you specify the exact response you want the AI Chatbot to provide for particular questions, ensuring accurate and consistent replies. Let’s get started!

How to improve NestDesk AI Chatbot response?

AI Improvement 

Add improvement answer 

  1. Go to Test AI Chatbot > enter the question you want the AI Chatbot to respond to according to your needs

  1. Click on the Pencil icon next to the answer to edit it

  1. Type the answer into Edit AI Answer pop-up> click on Save button

  1. The improvement will be recorded in the AI improvement dashboard > hit on Save button to complete

Edit improvement answer 

  1. Click on the three dots icon beside the AI answer you want to edit > select Improve AI answer

  1. Edit the answer on the pop-up > choose Confirm

  1. Hit on Save button on the top right

Delete improvement answer

  1. Click on the three dots icon beside the AI answer you want to delete > select Delete > hit on Save button

Fallback response detection

This section records all questions the AI Chatbot couldn’t answer. Users can customize responses based on these specific questions, replacing the automatic fallback reply. 

Once adjusted, the question and the new answer are stored in the AI Improvement section for future use.

  1. Click the three dots icon next to the AI answer you want view the chat > select View conversation

Improve AI Fallback response 

  1. Click the three dots icon next to the AI answer you want to edit > select Improve AI answer

  1. Edit the answer on the pop-up > choose Confirm

  1. The answer then will be displayed inside AI improvement dashboard > click on Save button to complete the progress

  1. Click the three dots icon next to the AI answer you want to remove > select Delete > click Save to confirm.
