Add private note

Private note is the internal note that an agent leaves on a specific ticket. It is only visible to your team and not to customers. This feature is helpful for providing context when reassigning the ticket to another agent. 

How to add private note to your conversation 

  1. Login to:
  2. On the left sidebar, click on Ticket icon > Hit the All section > Left click to open a conversation 
  3. Click on Private Note and jot down your note
  4. Hit the Note button
