NestDesk enables you to create customer profile and sync it to Shopify store.

How to create customer profile
First off, make sure you’ve already logged into NestDesk. If you don’t have a NestDesk account, please create a new one here.
Create customer profile during the conversation
- Navigate to Conversation section > left click to open a conversation
- On the right sidebar, click on Create customer icon
Here you can create a customer profile by filling in basic information. It requires at least 1 out of 4 fields below is filled to create customer contact successfully: Email, phone number, first name, last name.
- Click on Save button and you’re all done!
Create customer profile in your customer list
- Navigate to Customer section > click on Create button
- Fill in basic information about the customer including name, email, phone number, address, etc
- Click on Save button and you’re all done!
Note: When you add customer data in NestDesk, all setups will be updated in the corresponding customers in your Shopify store.
