Product Group Management 

Product Group allows you to group multiple related products and display them as variants, providing a more tailored shopping experience for your customers. By seamlessly grouping items of different styles, colors, sizes, etc… into one product listing product swatches, you can enhance the customer journey and streamline their decision-making process.

How To Create Related Product Groups As Variants?

1. From the dashboard, navigate to Product group section > click on Create product group

2. In the Add Product Pop-up window, tick on products to be added to the group > these fields are required to be fulfilled:

• Product group name: Displayed in the app settings only, distinguish among other groups 
• Label name: Also displayed on the Shopify store page, customers can only see the Label name

Note: You can search for the product name from the List of Products field to find products from your store. 

3. Select Confirm button to complete

The Product Group will display as follows:

You can configure the Display Style and Option Images. You can choose to apply the display style to either the Production page or Collection page by switching the toggle from inactive to active.

Display Style in Production page include: 

• Swatch circle in square
• Swatch in box
• Swatch in dropdown
• Circular swatch
• Square swatch
• Swatch in pill
• Text swatch 

Display Style in Collection page include: 

• Swatch circle in square
• Circular swatch
• Square swatch
• Text swatch

Options Images include: 

• Variant image: This option allows you to synchronize your variant image in the Variant section under your product setting

• Color/custom image: you will need to upload image from your desktop’s file

Click Save when done to log the process.

How To Display Product Groups On Your Live Store?

To make sure all active product groups display well on your store, please check out some simple steps below:

1. In your Shopify theme editor, switch to Product > select Default product section

2. On the left sidebar, click on Add block > select NestScale Product Group > click on Save button 

How To Edit A Product Group?

1. To edit a product group, click on the Three dots icon on the upper right of this group > select Product management

2. On the pop-up, edit the product list by tick/untick on current products on the list. You can adjust the Product group name and Label name (Optional)
3. Click on Confirm button

How To Delete A Product Group?

1. To delete a product group, click on the Three dots icon on the upper right of this group > select Delete

2. Click on the Confirm button from the confirmation pop-up
