The cut-off times feature in NS Estimated Delivery Date allows you to set a daily deadline for same-day order preparation. Orders placed before this time will be prepared and processed on the same day, while those placed after the cut-off time will be handled the following day. 

This feature provides reliable delivery estimates, helping to manage customer expectations and streamline your order fulfillment process. It also triggers customers’ purchasing needs, boosting your sales. Let’s get started now!

How to set up your Cut-off-times?

  1. Click on the toggle to enable the Cut-off-times feature 
  2. Enter the following information:
  • First input: Text before Cut-off-time
  • Cut-off times: Display the countdown time for packing in the same day
  • Last input: Text after Cut-off-time
  • Time format: The setting time format

Here is an example for a cut-off-times of 11.59 pm and your customers view your product at 4.23 pm:

  • The Cut-off times field displays 23:59:59 (24-hour clock)
  • Customers see the Cut-off times message as follows: 7 hours 36 minutes 11 seconds (The time format can be changed as you wish)

  1. Click on Save > Choose Confirm button in the confirmation pop-up
