Get started with NestScale Order Printer PDF Invoice

After you install the NestScale Order Printer PDF Invoice, you will see the app dashboard.

Here, you’ll find an onboarding checklist and quick links to key support resources to get you started.

Onboarding checklist 

Step 1: Set Up Invoice Template 

Head to the Template section and click the Create Template button.

You can:

• Create a template from scratch or use our ready-made options for Invoice/Order, Packing Slip, and Refund documents.
• Enter a Template Name.
• Set it as your default template (tick the checkbox).
• Customize easily using our AI Tool, drag-and-drop editor, and dynamic variables.

Step 2: Complete App Settings

Navigate to the Settings section to set up essential information:

Store Information

Enter your store details, which will automatically populate your invoice templates:

• Store name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email
• VAT number

Shopify Email Notification

Want to embed invoices into your Shopify email notifications? Here’s how:

• Choose a default template from your list.
• Customize the Download Button text.
• Copy the generated code and add it to your Shopify email notification template.

Shopify Status Page

Display a Print button on your Shopify order status page:

• Tick the box to activate.
• Select a default invoice template.

Download settings

• Customize the Document File Name for downloads.

Important: Always click Save after making any changes!

Step 3: Download Your Invoice

You can print your order invoices, packing slips, or refunds in just a few clicks:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin > Orders.
2. Click on a specific order.
3. Hit the Print button > select NS Order Printer PDF Invoice.
4. In the pop-up, choose the document type and click Continue to Print.
5. Adjust your print settings and click Print.
